well, i didn't know that at the time. the very idea to keep her seemed impossible. she was dying in the street, and i thought that i could help her and then just kick her out, as she's a street dog anyway. in fact, i thought she would run away herself. well, it didn't work out. of course, now i'm glad it didn't
