It may just be that I'm usually one of the first to see your posts. It's just after 11pm here, and, umm, early afternoon where you are? When do Russians normall catch up on their LJ? :-)

it's 1:30 pm here. i think most people reading my journal are from usa (?). russians must be returning from lunches in their offices... i think it's pretty cool i don't have to go to office
the way you lived it. it reminded me of scandinavian films where people seem to have movingly unturbulent, static lives. except, there's usually a big family with traditions, celebrations, closet skeletons etc.
Our family traditions had mostly petered out by the time I became a gardener. Though it wasn't totally unturbulent - I wouldn't have received a 0 for all of those years... ;-)
