Weird, eh? Are they the first hits? Something in my mind suggested I should check to see what Google would turn up, as I thought there was some saying related to it. Which I guess is NZ related, but I don't know what. And I assume it's just a squiggle on your bus in the first picture, and not an intentional "3"?
BTW, what kind of reception did your picture get it that show?
not first, somewhere in the middle. i think i tried to write ЛК (LK which is abbreviation for Lazar Kaganovich that used to be written on russian trolley buses in stalin's era), but then just made a squiggle.
