those photos (i have many more) are from a 'young naturalists station' (don't know how to translate that from russian. the dictionary says 'junior natural history study group'). i worked at a facility (or rather a farm -- a huge lot of land with a few buildings and a hothouse) that had been used as a 'young naturalists station' one day, and snatched their archives
