there is some animal control, but on a campaign-by-campaign basis. like once in a few years street dogs are being caught/shot. but that's as far as i know for i've never got into the subject. btw, this one isn't stray, it's a dacha dog
Ah. I don't know the difference! I live in Rochester NY in the US- if I see any dog walkin around, I just assume its a stray- because normally little kids will just kinda pick dogs off the streets and bring them home. Like they're theres.
How about showing some photos of Russian Beauties that are looking for American Husbands ? These dogs that you are pushing do not have a chance in hell of getting to America as exchange students ! ha ha ha . . .
