that's right, they are the most aggressive dogs in the largest pack i know that lives near fox mountain http://www.livejournal.com/users/vriad_lee/tag/fox+mountain they often attack nyusha while other dogs run away on seeing my camera pointed at them. dogs sense active and passive attitudes very well and act accordingly [as you probably know]. a friend of mine works in a vet clinic in balashikha, but i don't remember her mentioning any cases of rabies (although there should be SOME cases, right?)
