Ah, ok. People where I live are sensitive about pictures of their kids.
I was at the beach a few weeks ago, and my son started playing with another little boy. I was taking pictures of my son, and the mother of the other son approached me to ask me if I was taking pictures of her child as well. I was taken aback, and said said that he may have been in a couple of them, and she said that she really didn't mind, and wouldn't make me delete them, but could I let her know first next time.
I was like WTF, I didn't mind her asking, but I was sitting right next to my kid with my camera out taking pictures of him. And she she let her kid walk over and start playing with my kid and my kid's toys, and then acts like I should have stopped taking pictures until I cleared them with her.
Ugh, that is the most extreme example, but I've had hassles with kids and pictures..... I don't even try anymore. I have a zoom lens, but to get a clear pic, I need a tripod.
