почти от каждой фотографии внезапно возникает ощущение, что здесь я когда-то была, невольно начинаешь вспоминать, потом включаешь здравый смысл и понимаешь, что "меня там не стояло" )))

Like this one much.

It evidently is a town;
yet, out of this urban landscape,
the trees are apparently the most well-off.

Oh good lord, ce jour est à marquer d'une pierre blanche;
it seems to me it's the first time you ever credit me with a smiley !
Now i can die happy =)

*i'll just eat my about-ready tarte aux courgettes et au thon (http://www.marmiton.org/recettes/recette.cfm?num_recette=40125) if you let me though - for once that i cook*

russian community taught me to condescend to smileys, fucking peer pressure. you mean if i let you, you'll eat your tarte? that reminded me that song, 'my baby don't let nobody but me!' eat your hat, and i might give it a thought! by the way, i'm really wary of fancy dishes, so don't expect me to die of envy or drown in saliva... my blancmange is freedom fries.... also btw, pierre blanche != chalk, right? so what is it?

Yeah, russians have always been tough and rude to me, that's the environmental factor i guess, you're all forgiven for you past, present and future bad manners.

The tarte is still heating, the bitch is playing hard to get. It's not especially fancy nor should it make anyone die of envy, rather my second attempt ever to cook a tarte so i'm well decided to eat it before any happniess-dying of any kind.

Um, pierre blanche, is no specific stone, rather an idiom. You mark the day with a pierre blanche, a milestone if you like, to mark a special occasion and remember it later.

russians have ALWAYS been rude to you? i thought russians were sweet to foreigners except when discussing them between themselves. anyway, not me, i've always been nice except when i was a girl, but then i had to think of my style. anyway, i must say you sound despondent to me, everything is all right? (see, i can be nice for all my russianness)

Yeah, true, russians are nice to foreigners most of the time;
the only problem is most of them will never know you're one ! =)

As for despondent, i wasn't aware it was showing,
but have to admit it does kinda fit. All french are
chronically depressed anyway so it somehow was an easy guess.
