So you dont get prints, just the film developed then scan it in? I think thats probably a really smart idea, I need to decide on a film of choice and buy it in bulk from ebay perhaps. By what i can gather you spend everyday just walking around with a dog & taking photos? you're living my dream!

It is somewhat botanical- means Hyacinth flower (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyacinth_%28flower%29), is rumored to be mentioned somehwere in the bible & is fairly common around latin america. see also -the three seers (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jacinta_Marto). Here victor means a lawn mower (http://www.victa.com.au/) :)

exactly! prints are the most expensive part of the process, and then you lose in resolution and quality if you scan from 10X15 prints, i guess... i don't know what ebay prices are, but the last time i bought 30 rolls of kodak gold 100/36 for $1 a roll, and before that i found past expiration date agfa 400/36 film for $0,26, but that really was a rare chance, and i missed it.
i'm a translator, i take 'projects' now and then. but i used to work in the office a few years ago, it was very much like hell.
