so adorable! did you make him, or natasha?

[identity profile] vriad-lee.livejournal.com 2007-12-27 03:22 pm (UTC)(link)
me!© but it's a her, she'd got an udder.

[identity profile] canyoncat.livejournal.com 2007-12-27 04:16 pm (UTC)(link)
A cow would always be a "her" wouldn't it? :P

[identity profile] vriad-lee.livejournal.com 2007-12-27 04:39 pm (UTC)(link)
yes - unless it's a he-cow

[identity profile] vriad-lee.livejournal.com 2007-12-27 08:44 pm (UTC)(link)
or a she-bull, male!

[identity profile] vriad-lee.livejournal.com 2007-12-27 08:45 pm (UTC)(link)
bull-she, a buck

[identity profile] vriad-lee.livejournal.com 2007-12-27 03:25 pm (UTC)(link)
you obviously tend to call things 'he', and i 'her', that means something :)

[identity profile] darksomnabule.livejournal.com 2007-12-27 03:35 pm (UTC)(link)
that's funny! ;) i think the horns made me think "male"--i didn't pay attention to the udder. you did such a great job!!!!!!

[identity profile] vriad-lee.livejournal.com 2007-12-27 03:43 pm (UTC)(link)
thank you :) it's far from perfect, but i have already wasted so much time on it... that there will be no 'final version'

[identity profile] darksomnabule.livejournal.com 2007-12-27 03:50 pm (UTC)(link)
i think perfection is found in flaws ;)

[identity profile] vriad-lee.livejournal.com 2007-12-27 03:56 pm (UTC)(link)
some flaws are unpardonable, like for example an unpleasant look. and she looks unpleasant from some sides :)

[identity profile] darksomnabule.livejournal.com 2007-12-27 03:58 pm (UTC)(link)
her little face is sweet. i like her tiny eyes :)

[identity profile] vriad-lee.livejournal.com 2007-12-27 04:09 pm (UTC)(link)
that's the first line, and the second is: she's got a ton of meat with that enormous size!
i didn't shoot her ugly angles, but if you look at her side a little from behind, her head looks ugly. it must be a serious challenge for sculptors - to make an object look right from every angle - i wasn't aware of it before. :)

[identity profile] darksomnabule.livejournal.com 2007-12-27 04:14 pm (UTC)(link)
it's quite a learning curve, i am sure! as photographers, we're used to getting "the best side" and not worrying about the rest.
i love the way you put those little bone humps on her backside ;)

[identity profile] vriad-lee.livejournal.com 2007-12-27 04:37 pm (UTC)(link)
very true! also, on my perverted scale a cow photo is more real than a cow, and a scanned cow photo is yet more real :)

[identity profile] darksomnabule.livejournal.com 2007-12-27 04:49 pm (UTC)(link)
lol i know exactly what you mean!!! ;)
