is it really possible at all to read Cyril any way other than 'Siryl'? an english language question by the way. i'm getting an international passport soon. do you still have that house in filey empty? :)
Well, his name is Kirill of course but with me, he prefers the English Cyril and yes, it's pronounced with an S Good news re passport. Yes, the house in Filey is still there :)
