Yes, I've bought some. They're good, strong, functional, right-handed mugs. (Well, mine are right-handed. Yours I see are both left and right-handed, though perhaps multilingual since I can't see their other sides.) The images seem to have been applied before the glazing and there's no evidence they're a transfer of any kind. And on the bottom is a label saying "Made in China". (This is stuck on, not stamped, is plastic, not paper, and looks easily removed.) Nowhere does it say it's a Cafepress product.

You can decide if the style is of a good quality.
It's possible you could produce left, right or multilingual ones though, going by the choices here...
The width of the image may be able to be used to place it anywhere on the mug. ie., If it's three times as wide as it's high, it might spread right around the mug. You'd need to do some research (and trial runs) to find out. One important thing would be to insure the scans you upload are of the highest resolution.
* Double points if you can spot the deliberate Spoonerism. (Which it actually isn't, just to make it harder for you...)
