I think I prefer trees in photos to trees in real life. At least some trees, anyway.

because it's easier to cut and trim trees n photoshop than out in the garden, I guess

Good point. Though it's mainly the looking at them I'm thinking of. Which may just mean that any photo of a tree has gone through a selection process before it goes public.
