It is a fine picture. I like it, I guess... As far as landscapes go I think I have seen better. Personally I think it is a bit too monotone, an almost amateurish use of waht could have been some unique lighting...

I would have gone more this route if I were taking the photo... Give it some life and some depth. I also would have cropped it...

Well if the sky was the point I guess the composition could have been done better... Honestly I did not feel that the photographer was trying to make the sky the focal point, Due to home much else was in the picture.
