ha! i can't read cursive yiddish or hebrew (which are the same), so unfortunately i can't be much of help. :(

this is how people at ru_yiddish translated that for me:

Tsum eybikn ondeynkung far mayn bruder un shvester
Fun dayn shvester un shvegern Frida Smilkshteyn.

for eternal memory, to my brother and sister.
from your sister and (? mother-in-law) Frida Smilkstein.

i know arabic fairly well. my hebrew is "ok" and my yiddish is only a little ok. but this is a bit of a formulaic piece :)
i love the look of hebrew cursive! it's very different from hebrew printing, just like cyrillic!
