no, that's how i found him. it's not a beaver, it's a cat, but he's so ugly en face, that i refuse to show that photo.

well, you know. there's a word in russian, анфас (pronounced 'anface'), meaning full face, - i always thought it was borrowed from french. well!

Well, en face is correct in many situations,
like Regarde moi en face, Va lui dire en face, La maison d'en face,
but when talking about a model's pose, which is the case here, the proper
use is de face, de profil, de dos etc.

Well, who cares anyway.

i have no idea where that came from then! because it's used for pictures/models exactly, like photo анфас. yes, and if you take away the en, you get фас, which means 'sick', the dog command
