earvalanche
A large mass of earwax or other ear debris suddenly and unexpectedly falling from the ear
I had an embarassing earvalanche during dinner, and several large pieces of wax fell into my soup.

hypocrite burger
A vegetarian burger with bacon and cheese.
I'll have the hypocrite burger with bacon, please.

hypersookidaemia
Where a person appears more upset, in order to gain sympathy, or have a very low tolerance to pain, stress, etc.
She was suffering a severe case of hypersookidaemia. What a wuss!

zoomout-moment
When you are suddenly exposed to the full complexity or size of something you thought you knew a lot about, but obviously didn't - thus making you feel like an idiot.
I thought I understood the storyline of the TV show, but then Colin exposed me to all the different episode strings, and I had a zoomout-moment at that point.

table stable
a cube farm without the cubes. ie. a room full of tables, one for each employee
Do your programmers live in a cube farm or a table stable

My controller's broken
A lame shifting of blame when you fail at something. Refers to lame excuse commonly heard while playing video games.
Rich: So I hear your girlfriend broke up with you.
Paul: Yeah, but it wasn't my fault - my controller was broken.

okay, i agree that turning off comments is mean. i think i will turn them on in a couple of days though.

i think i will continue to post my photos with disabled comments, because i don't like how i am influenced by comments or the lack thereof. for example, i remembered how last summer i stopped taking photos of plants because nobody commented them. so as far as my photography goes, i prefer not to know people's opinions. but your emails are always welcome of course.
