you've got a point, in that i actually like the dog and the duet so much more than the originals. i don't feel sorry for the african scammer, but i'm sorry for the artist he commissioned to do that work and, i'd think, promised to pay later. unless, of cousrse, the scammer is actually the artist, which would add a whole new dramatic dimension to the story...
